Lost + The Road = this novel.

Sounds like someone tried to do a creepy, semi-incestuous version of The Village...

Wow, I loved a lot of those designs. Good to see people still care about good jacket design.

Some of those designers obviously did not tailor their designs to the subject matter involved... and some of them looked like throwbacks to book designs from decades ago. blech.

That being said, for concept, I really like the "half-submerged skull as island" concept, but unfortunately the designers typography has serious readability issues.

Paul, you should totally do a cover-art contest for some book.
