not like i'm all that into defending britney, but isn't there something that can be done to stop this if it's undisputed that she was mentally ill at the time and not yet being properly treated or in appropriate custody? isn't this obviously someone taking advantage of the mentally ill? any lawyers here who know about injunctions in these circumstances?
