If you need an LED processor and you are a person anywhere in the world, I am sorry. The world is out of LED processors right now. This I heard from a man who needs them to finish an artwork at Harborview Medical Center, where the new building at Ninth and Jefferson is having an art opening next Thursday....

I have a degree in electrical engineering, and I have no idea what an LED Processor is.

I can assure you that the world is not out of LED's. I am also quite sure the world is not out of microprocessors.

I can also say that I am thoroughly confused as to what Jen is talking about.

Any PIC type chip will run these. Most anything will run these!

As an electronics dude, I'm going to give Jen and the artist the benefit of the doubt and assume that there's some specific device that includes a microcontroller and high-brightness driver and maybe communication to talk to some sort of master that is out of stock for a bit.

Sorry for injecting a bit of non-snark into the discussion.
