i go to vassar college, a super liberal college in new york state. we had several jamaican reggae artists who wished to perform at our school over the past couple years, but we protested those who had aggressively anti-gay content. unfortunately, a lot of people didn't realize the extent of the anti-gay bias in jamaica, and i'm glad that you guys do. it's super fucked up!

Jamaicans may need more education about sexual orientation, but they are steeped in christianity and have yet to confront the demons of oppression and slavery...sound familiar? Argentina is wonderful, civil unions are recognized and buenos aires is beautiful. Airfares are horrible this year, but their economy about as bad as ours so the dollar goes very far.

Add Sri Lanka to the list of places where it is tough to be gay. Homosex can earn you 8 years in prison. There is a lively traffic in cute beach boys who entrap the unwary in collusion with the local police. They all make a pretty penny from blackmail.
