I see people riding their bikes completely without pants, wearing only Lycra underwear, all the time.

I don't understand what the deal is with these low pant bans. If they're criminals and the cops catch them they can't run as fast with their knees tied together like that. You'd think that would be a good thing.

Is it really just because "the people in charge" think it's a dumb style? I think that visors are pointless and superfluous bullshit pieces of clothing, where's my law?

@1: Yeah, and you can easily tell whether they're cut/uncut or waxed/unwaxed. Difficult to see why a plaid-covered assglobe would be considered offensive.

And what happens if someone's wearing surf jams under sagging cargo pants? Do the jams, normally considered a top layer and sufficient unto themselves, magically transform into cite-worthy visible underwear?

It's a really dumb law, put in place to combat an annoying fashion trend. I'm glad we don't have such a thing here; God forbid we should lose our city's whale tails.

Once again the belt and suspender industry lobbyists conspire against a nearly passé fashion 'style' forged in the nation's prisons.
