Atlas is easily the worst of the CHOW restaurants. Although I've never actually been to Endolyne Joe's, I stand behind my statement of FACT.

Hey, Atlas had a "clam-eating" contest a couple of weeks ago. 100 clams as fast as possible. Four heats of four, then the finals. Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPTiwWvg_qg

Bon appetit!

One thing I will always appreciate about the Chow Foods restaurants is their unabashed support of Democrats.

Anyone remember four years ago? They took out full page ads, encouraging folks to vote, and made it clear that they were for Kerry.

I've had plenty of mediocre meals at their joints (which include Atlas, 5 Spot, Endolyne Joe's, Hi-Life...and maybe something else?), but I will ALWAYS support them, if only for their willingness to speak up, and wear their politics proudly.

And, they are usually real solid on breakfast.

Please, kerri, CHOW is pro democrat because Seattle is pro democrat. Remember this promotion?
"Tuesday, April 3rd, 2007, Eighty of Seattle’s neighborhood restaurants (including all 6 CHOW Restaurants) offer you the opportunity to order your martini with a twist of philanthropy." -What the hell is that? All of the restaurants had these little stands on the table with an cartoon picture of am african baby with a distended stomach and a spiderman quote, "With great power comes even greater responsibility."-Stan Lee
Referred to only as "one of the most important issues of our time" and "the crisis in Darfur" but ask any owner about the "situation in Darfur" and you get blank stares.
They pander to what sells, and you bought it.
