Very few rapes last for hours. Unconsciousness doesn't usually last for hours, and if it did she wouldn't be doing well physically. If the story is unclear and she wasn't unconscious for hours, then she would most likely have a better description of her attacker. I'll hold off being too scared to walk through downtown alleys for now, until more detail emerge on this.

I would like to know hwhere exactly she was. If she was within a few yards of hundreds of people why did she not ask for help when she came to? How does someone who has been unconcious from a beating for hours get herself back to north Seattle alone? Why go home instead of a hospital?Did she drive, take a bus or taxi? How could someone that injured drive? If she was really raped I feel very sorry for her but something is very fishy here.
