Wacky, waiving, inflatable, arm-flailing tubeman!!!!

Last time I saw them, the artist -or perhaps one of her minions- spent most of the time shooing away anyone who got into spitting distance of those things. But then a half hour later children were running through them, riding them like ponies, and puncturing one or two. They are neat to look at, but yeah, I see them in car dealerships now.
