Foxy Brown is a great movie to show there.

And far superior to anything with Eddy Murphy in it.

Ooh, free food is sure to entice the crackheads, drunks, hookers, brawling frat-boys, gang-bangers, and other sundry low-lifes the B-town yupsters are always whinging about to show up!

Can "The Stranger" do a "How Was It?" video? Ought to be a real hoot!

They tried having a block party on my Capitol Hill street a few years ago. I think about four people showed up. They haven't bothered having one here since.

What's up Schmader? Enjoy being the censor-nazi of Slog? wtf happened to your dumbass 'please return our cat' post? The majority of the comments were spot-on -- those asshole cat owners shoulda had their cat tagged for one, shouldn't have let it outside for two, and should understand that not everyone reads all those signs they posted and there are good reasons for an 8-day delay in letting them know their cat passed away. So, justify yourself, eh bitch?

The Belltown event had a great turn out. There was probably over 100 people over the course of the evening with dozens more over at the dog park. There was some press but no speeches. None of the City Council members showed up. They never have.

FYI, one of our city councilmembers was a few blocks away at the 520 Toll forum.

You know, doing ... real work.

@8, if the situation resolved itself, why didn't you just update your post with "The situation has resolved itself"? Rocket science, isn't it? No, instead you took down the post because.... why? Because people were honest and telling the former cat owner something he didn't want to hear? Because you're afraid of a discussion that might hurt someone's feelings? You should think twice before you hurl more shit at the times and PI -- you're looking mighty fucking credulous hacky right now.

11: Yes, I took it down because I'm afraid of a discussion that might hurt someone's feelings. That's also why I work at The Stranger. You are a genius.
