9-11 Truthers?

Didn't they all enlist in the 5th McCain Zeppelin Strike Force?

Wait a minute -- isn't the most popular conspiracy theory that the Bush administration carried out 9/11 to advance its own fascist agenda? So by what twisted logic would people who believe that become convinced to vote for his successor?

The 9/11 "truthers" remind me a lot of the folks who today claimed they had a body of bigfoot. There are likely a number of people who are both bigfoot truters and 9/11 truthers. They probably believe that the same people who cover up the existance of bigfoot also atre covering up the real 9/11 story.

#4: It's not so compicated. There's many different types of people who believe in a variety of different versions of what happened on 9/11 including the most absurd of all which is the official government endorsed conspiracy theory. Look up the raw data (from sources other than government officials) and judge for yourself.

the last people id ever expect to put me in a box would be the staff of seattle's the stranger. i question the events of 9/11 and don't call myself a "truther", nor do i speculate on what alternative realities may have transpired on that day.

but, to see that this topic gets no serious conversation, no intellectual foundation-- and gets instead a divisive and sarcastic mention, and a few comments and poems meant to belittle others...

9/11 Truthers are like little children who have just learned their first word. That word is "no." You can take the time to patiently explain to them that yes, steel gets weaker when it heats up, even if it doesn't melt, or yes, pancaking buildings cause air to rush out from the sides, or yes, WTC-7 was burning for more than 10 hours before it fell down, but then they say "No!" and delight in thinking that by using this shiny new word they have contributed something.

you are sold on what makes sense to your mind. that is fine and acceptable. i, to the contrary, am not sold and some things don't make sense to my mind....

now, why does my thought process either offend you or intimidate you- cause you to offer insults at me?
