No, Megan, this is the story that’ll ruin your day if you read it.

Why wouldn't the fucking judge clear the fucking courtroom?

I'd like to know the same thing...

That man needs to be slowly ripped limb from limb, with medical personnel on hand to staunch the bleeding just long enough to then roast him alive on a bed of coals. And even that would be too easy a punishment.

Jesus Christ is right. What horror. How will Shasta ever have a life?

Fucking hell. Now I have to go re-read the gorilla story, which, in comparison, will cheer me up.

Yeah, why the hell not close the courtroom?

Too bad drawing and quartering is out of style. And what a typical sociopath. The motherfucker feels sorry for himself.

This guy is one of the reasons I'm glad capital punishment still exists.

I wonder how he would have turned out without judeo/christian indoctrination.

He should be flayed.

The anti-capital punishers tend to stay in the shadows and shush each other when the monstrous horror of Duncan's acts are revealed. He's not the hill to die on to protest capital punishment. Hope he hangs from a white hot wire noose in a pit of fire for eternity.

Stay quiet hippies. Thanks.

I don't think he should be given the death penalty- I'm against it 100%, in all cases. I do think he should be given life without possibility of parole, and the chance to rot in prison for the rest of his time on earth.

I'm fairly anti-capital punishment...In my gut, I think it's wrong.

But sometimes I'm ok with wrong. I will shed no tears for this man, should he face execution. It's cases like this that really try my convictions on this issue.

I am against capital punishment. It is exactly cases like this that test my resolve.

In my heart, I know that state sponsored murder is wrong. I would fully support Shasta and Dylan's dad killing him and getting no consequence. But in the end, his murder would not bring justice to the family. It will not bring Dylan back, it will not erase the suffering or the torture that his family has endured. Families who seek the death penalty do not find the comfort or solace that they seek once the criminal is killed.

In cases like this, there is no justice and sadly that is what we have to live with.

I'm also anti-death penalty. I'd like this guy to hang by a wire noose, preferably supported such that he dies slowly by bleeding to death after the wire cuts into his flesh versus quickly from strangulation. I'd like to do it myself. But I just can't believe that is is morally right to kill.

And that judge deserves to be impeached, disbarred, or whatever the hell you do to a fucking judge who thinks the torture of children should be a spectator sport.

see i'm really against capital punishment. but i think i'd like to start a petition that says no to capital punishment EXCEPT for peadophiles, child rapists and child murderers. sick of reading about convicted peadophiles getting out to do even worse after pitifully short sentences.

God, i like the good old days when hanging, drawing and quatering was considered a good idea.

Killing this man is not justice. Making him sit by himself in a tiny cage, forever, with no one around to control, manipulate, or harm... that's much better.
