Who says PAX isn’t about politics?

I didn’t have time to confirm whether Obama can use “race cards” like throwing stars or not. Will check on that one later.

Photos of proud gamers and costumed fools after the jump:

Not as hot as last year’s Princess Peach, I gotta say..

Even at a cosplay fest like PAX, shaving the word “HELL” into the back of your head is kinda stupid. Or HARD. Not sure.

Waldo? Sure, why not.

Apparently a pack of wizards descended upon the Crescent last night. My barista was a little disturbed by them.

And if you're going to play Rock Band, why isn't anyone singing? That's the most fun part!

Hi Sam. That guy with HELL shaved into his head -- that's a promo for the new Band of Brothers game or whatever it's called. At their booth, they will shave your head and leave HELL on there in return for giving you a free copy of the game.

I expect you to take advantage of this exciting offer and report back.

I made my political statement for the day wearing this shirt:

I'll be ecstatic to see Bush out of office.
