I've been staring out the office windows for hours now. I've heard a bit of thunder but so far have seen more drunks than funnel clouds.

i'm happy as hell that I wasn't on 520 when that was happening on lake washington. My two worst nightmares turned true for 520 would be 1. earthquake 2. a water sprout happening while i'm on the bridge heading back home

@14 - Some weird cult of personality named Zig Zigler, which inevitably brings to mind Dirk Diggler, which caused me to laugh all morning long while watching these suits scurrying around in their Lexi looking for nonexistent parking spots just to catch a glimpse of that magical wang.

NOAA had more info last night. There was one sighting and data will be examined to confirm it. No touchdowns, though. A funnel cloud is not a tornado.

And Washington does get them, statistically about one a year state-wide.
