Jim McDermott is NOT a fan of feta cheese, let me tell you. He came into Cedars restaurant one time and bitched me out about about how I put too much feta in the tahini sauce, when there isn't any feta in it at all (we keep or sauce vegan).
So I became smug and told him that most American food is bland as ever, so I understood if our foreign cuisine was too much for him.
