Ayup this is right McCain is a dirty devil. Point is, what's Obama going to do about it?

2. Maybe Obama should attack more, say McCain is in fact a dirty devil in TV ads and not just that he's a celebrity too. And de-personalize this by tying it to his Bush/McCain/GOP policies of hurting Americans, and our ideals all for power and money.

2. Obama continues downward trend in real clear electoral map -- he's ahead but on closer inxpection it's too close to call -- I think they shifted Nevada to the McCain camp (no toss up view).

This means if McCain overcomes the following teeny tiny Obama leads in 4-5 states, McCain wins the election:

Ohio (20) Obama +0.5%
In (11) 0.5%
NH (4) 1.4%
CO (9) 1.6%

This would give McCain 278 ECV and victory.

Or, if McCain pulls it out in Mich where he is currently 3.2 points behind, netting MI's 17 ECV, he would win the presidency even if Obama wins NH and CO.

Obama is ahead and it is preferable to be ahead but let's not kid ourselves, he's ahead by a hair right now.

3. Seattle Obama fundraiser this Sat. night at Kucera gallery, with stars from Grey's Anatomy -- hosted by gay and lesbian council of DNC. $250 to get in it seems.

4. With Warner keynoting, Olberman made a good point that this means Kaine likely not VP choice, so we're looking at Bayh or Biden. Huh, why is Richardson off the list? I'd think that with all this Russia shit going down Biden is going to be the choice.

5. Got my Obama togs today. Good graphics. The tee shirt is most excellent.
