How much of church funds actually go to worthwhile things, like helping people?

I'm guessing that hutch easily makes $150k, and that less than 5% of church revenue goes into good works.

Perhaps the great godly leader would cut his salary in half, thus letting them lease a nice space to continue to shear the sheep.
