Congratulations to Kirsten and everyone else associated with Roq la Rue!

While I am not personally a devotee of Pop Surrealism, I have found at least eight works of art there worthy of my overworked credit card. This means that RLR has provided more works to The Cornball Collection than any other gallery.

Beyond her contribution to art, Kirsten has also been a pioneer in establishing a base of cool commerce in Belltown, and in cleaning up some of its less salubrious aspects.

Art titan, neighborhood activist, downright cool chick...I salute Kirsten Anderson and Roq la Rue!!!
