First, Slog tipper Brian directed me to one of the (homemade?) videos circulating with the new Obama-praising/Hillary-McCain-Jesse Jackson-dissing track by Ludacris.
Then Slog Tipper Gary directed me to the professionally made, Karl Rove-bashing video from comic Harry Shearer.
Shearer is a Simpsons and Spinal Tap MVP, Ludacris is a rapper who co-starred in the deeply unfunny Crash. Nevertheless, on the evidence presented here, Ludacris (who’s represented only through his lyrics) is 10,000 times funnier than Harry Shearer.
Shearer can be kind of a prick - I mean, he hates the Car Talk guys! Seriously!
And he didn't do any voices for the Simpsons ride!
Is that Larry David on bass?
He goes way to easy on old "turd." Now the video I'd like to see is the one in which Rove hitches a ride down the curvy cliff views of US 1 with driver Robert Novak.
We won't support spine-less NO-Bama and will re-defeat him in November!!!
Granted, Luda is funnier, but he is focusing on changing history w/ a black president, which should not be an issue. So his logic is at fault. Whereas shearer is just doing his typical, dry take on pop culture.
