Wow. I saw a car driving slowly on I-5 north late last night, and it eventually pulled over near the 520 interchange. It looked like his driver side rearview mirror had been knocked off. This was at about 2:15 AM.

Dammit, that's the second time today someone beat me to my idea. Though I was going to say it might be a good time to get in the fence building business. (not just 520, but all overpasses obviously need fences) It would certainly be more profitable than, say, operating a mental health clinic.
