Amanda is formally charged with murder:
Prosecutors investigating the killing in Italy last year of the British student Meredith Kercher today laid formal charges of murder against her American flatmate, Amanda Knox, Knox’s Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, and Rudy Guede, a citizen of the Ivory Coast.A judge in the central Italian city of Perugia must now decide whether they should be put on trial. Because of the gravity of the charges, under Italian law the judge must now arrange a closed-doors preliminary hearing to review the evidence and decide if there is sufficient evidence for an indictment.

If she is tried, found guilty, and sentenced, this might be her in some sad and sunless cell in the far future…

Please explain 2 things to me...PLEASE.
1. Why are you so convinced she is innocent? What PROOF do YOU have that the prosecutors don't?
2. What the hell does her in prison have to do with Natalie Merchant?

The real question is: why isn't she already doing time for playing the accordion in public?

The facial resemblance is actually kinda uncanny.
I'm confused, but Natalie Merchant looks like a nun who slapped my knuckles with a ruler in Sunday school.
Try as they (i.e. you and the PI that's been running that photo) might to add sex appeal to this story using the one or two GOOD pictures, of dozens you can Google image search, I'm still not buying it. Not buying that's she's innocent, or attractive, on any level.
