Today’s piece sits on the sidewalk outside Common Grounds, the coffee shop in Saugatuck that got WiFi three years ago at my suggestion/insistence. I’ll be filing a column from Common Grounds later today. In the meantime…

That's the most incongruous pedestal I think I've ever seen a sculpture set upon. (assuming it's not part of the sculpture)

@8, careful Monique! You just shot a toerpedo directly into the powder magazine of the S.S. Hipster! Half the people on Slog (and more than that on The Stranger masthead) have pictures online from that damn photo booth at McLeod Residence...you are in peril, girl!!!
