@29 is right. Those are lesbian parents or brawling punk rock blue-collar chicks, who are NOT uncommon in Northern Ohio (Toledo being technically northwest and Cleveland being technically northeast, but about the same nonetheless) and Michigan.

I'm starting to see what Republicans mean by "liberal elitists", though. Ooh, everyone's fat! Ooh, clapboard (what exactly is wrong with clapboard? Cedar shingles are essentially clapboard, and they are expensive and nice looking, and much cooler than aluminum siding). Ooh, she's smoking near her child! (come on, guys).
