"those (too/to/two) are so cold (too/to/two) each other." (Hint: you got the second one wrong).
Jesus. These imaginationless Mudede theories are like what would happen if Karl Pilkington learned a few long words. Stop spouting shit.
This was the problem with the Battle in Seattle too.
Charlize was the worst actress in that movie, bar none.
But, sadly, the "elite" reviewers all think she looks like their x-ray wives or "girlfriends" or something ...
Saturday I read Denby's review, Sunday I read Frank Rich's column in the NYT in which he said he thought the two presidential candidates should be sat down and made to watch "Wall-E" -- Did these two writers take the summer off and turn over their bylines to their high school interns?
Why is Charlize Theron supposed to be hot, exactly?
Positive and negative codes? What the hell are you talking about?
Maybe they didn't play up the interracial dimension because we've gotten to the point that it's not something that even needs to be discussed/brought up.
I agree that there was no chemistry between them, but the script writing seemed to want to portray Theron as someone deeply in love with Smith, with no mention of the fact that they were of different races. They saw each other as members of a god-race, and nothing more.
Quit looking for depth where there is none.
1. Hey they're not being aware of race enough. They denied the racial overtones that must exist! Fuckin' racists.
2. Hey they're being aware of race too much. What is everything racial with these guys?? Fuckin' racist.
3. Repeat arbitrarily.
I thought she was smoking hot in Arrested Development.
I didn't know who she was and I thought the joke with her picture from Monster was pretty tasteless (since I didn't realize it was her.)
It's amazing how goddamn the world is when you view it entirely in terms of sex and race. Look, you can even figure out a point to the movie Hancock!
@9 - that's not Charlize. Portia is a fine actress ... Charlize has a much more limited range and seems to do badly with romantic interest roles.
Theron played Rita Leeds in several episodes of Arrested Development

I thought Hancock was awesome - WAY better than I expected.
I stand corrected, @12.
Man, tells you how good an actress she was if I can't remember her on AD ...
