I'd like to see Keyes as Mccain's running mate. Keyes'super-duper batshitinsanecrazyloony antics would be just enough to bring Mccain's campaign to sceeching halt, because everytime kookoo Keyes would say something other-worldly, Mccain will have to appolgize and explain what crazy pants actually meant.
McCain/Loony Tunes '08!

He should pick someone who is older than him.

Now, I'm sure there are tons of 90-120 yo Veep choices ....

I also welcome Alan Keyes. Ironically, that is who Obama trounced in his 2004 Senate campaign.

Also Will @2, the perfect older running mate would have been Ted Stevens, but unfortunately he was indicted today!

McCain will pick a white governer from the west. Alan Keyes will pick up a bottle of anti-psychosis medication. Obama will pick a Republican.

Romney is dumb enough to self-finance as the vp.

I don't quite follow the logic of Keyes, is that humor? you do better in your column.

How about Condoleezza? she may be as hated as Clinton, but she (or any black) would let people think, "see, I'm not voting against Obama because he is black (but McCain better not die in office)"

Since it won't make any difference in blue Washington, I'd vote for her just because she is so hot (and my age!)

I'm pretty sure he'll pick either Cheney, or Quayle. I think that's why the rumor was floated about Quayle appearing on Dancing with the Stars - to gauge how people feel about him in general.

Either Cheney or Quayle would represent the correct mix of hubris and stupidity.

Go haters go! Are all of you self proclaimed Christians? I doubt it, a true Christian would not act the way you do. May the Lord bless you anyway. Romney is a true Christian and without him as VP, McCain does not stand a chance.
