I have EA's Scrabble game for my iPod. It's not bad, no serious functionality fuck-ups.

The one thing I don't like about it is the "Best Word" feature can't be adjusted or turned off - you always have 4 chances to wimp out and have the computer calculate the best possible move. In a game with four players, Best Word comes in handy too often and too easily.

Hey, if you log onto facebook.ca can you use the Oxford English Dictionary spellings like colour and centre?

You can use SOWPODS, which combines US and UK English dictionaries, no matter what country you're in. But CENTRE and COLOUR are legal in both dictionaries; they're American spellings, too, just not preferred ones.

oh, and for all these years I've only been using Americanized spellings ... dang, I could have been winning far more often!

For me it's a shock that American spelling is allowed on Scrabulous. Still, it comes in handy.
