On my last trip there I went out on the balcony, the completely empty balcony, to smoke Just after I went out and lit up I was told by a server that there was no smoking on the balcony any more. No one but me was out there, who would it bother? Having to go down 5 floors for a 3 minute cigarette makes no sense to me, especially when there is a perfectly empty balcony to smoke on.
