That person has superpowers now, though. Right?
I'll take Topical Music for $1000, Alex!
I have severe lightning phobia (thanks neurotic mom!) and this video freaks me out. Thanks, it's good to confront your fears through someone else.
When I'm camping on Upper Priest lake in a couple of weeks I'll hope to God we get no lightning storms because this will just up my baseline phobic fear responding. At least it didn't kill her and now she can talk to dead people.
Because you insisted, here's the unedited screaming version is now my favorite post opening line ever.
That was pretty intense. I've always loved good electrical storms, it's one of the things I miss from Albuquerque. I gained a healthier respect of it after it struck across the street from me while I was outside enjoying it, I still remember the sizzling/cracking sound just before it hit (just like you can hear in that film). Thanks for sharing.
HOLY CANOLEY!!! That is intense!
Wow, demoted to "slog tipper." How does it feel, Fnarf? Does it burn?
I don't look on it as a demotion. Just another line on the resume, dewd.
No late night posts tonight. Guess everyone is sleeping or out having a good time like normal humans! :)
Pornworthy audio!
And now I'm curious: what kind of camera was she using? It held up to a lightning (finger) strike. Digicams do that?
The bolt didn't hit the camera, it hit her thumb and went through her body to ground.
I'm gonna go through her body to ground.
my oldest friend, her husband and her husband's friend were camping in a lightning storm. just as her husband suggested they move away from the tent pole they were sitting next to, lightning struck it and the electricity passed down the pole, across the ground and up their butts. no shit! luckily, no one was hurt.
Nuts. No reason to not have a smile handy ever again.
oh shit i didn't realize that was slow loris when i watched the footage on CNN!! i'm so glad she's ok!
