Wouldn't it have been awesome if, instead of a graceful recovery and poised smile, she had let loose a couple of F-bombs, thrown her failed heel into the audience, and stalked off stage. Then, with a final "And F*** you F***ers too!" she throws her remaining heel onto the stage from the wings and the camera slowly zooms in on it.

That would be class!
