I still don't understand the point of playing Scrabble online. Everybody can cheat. I had a "live" player stuff a dictionary in the bathroom once so how hard can it be over the internets?

Just because it's legal doesn't mean it doesn't suck.

Now to figure out what to do about all those Oregon Trail and Hug Me invites ...

putting Scrabulous out of business... gee, I'm shocked that you can't rip off someone's copyrighted work (in this case, a game) and start a Facebook business with it.

You want word games? Invent your own!

Oh, damn. And I was just getting into Scrabulous (the fabulous Kerri Harrop introduced me). Scrabulous is everything a good web applet should be. Scrabble TM is not. But this is perfectly representative of the modern world, where the legal and aboveboard version of EVERYTHING is crippled and shitty compared to the "pirate" version.

God dammit, Scrabulous is the only reason I'm even on Facebook. And, I haven't gotten to beat Fnarf enough yet.

And, in case you were wondering, he has a great vocabulary and is prone to rage, particularly when hit with a juicy triple word score.

"Prone to rage" will come as a huge shock to anyone who reads my comments here. But, yeah, MIZZ Harrop, you've got my dander up, and I've been practicing. I've gotten to 500 in a game recently. So I am ready to crush you like a slow-moving insect -- or, alternatively, cower helplessly under your terrible blows. Either way.
