irwin designed the noguchi exhibit that went through the SAM in 2005.
he also collaborated on the gardens @ the getty.
looks like my field trip to marfa is defintely gonna be on.
Oh, and Jen -- it has my parents' name on one of the walls. Viva IMA!
Dear Jubilation T. Carnballer,
did I just misspell your name or are you proud of covering up my little munch-kins...?
Perhaps you are the original mr.yuk dime blueballer over my preeties?
in any event, dear little jubli cornball... or what ever you FAKE NAME IS.... have fun in re-hab with the mites in the best little whore-house in seattle.
Mike: Nope. It was theater director Robert Wilson who designed the Noguchi show. http://www.seattleartmuseum.org/exhibit/exhibitDetail.asp?eventID=6542
Mike: Sorry! I pressed send too soon, therefore sounding like an arrogant ass. I meant to also say that if you do get to Marfa, you should write me and tell me about it -- and I'll be jealous (again).
damn, that makes sense. thanks for the correction. it was still a great exhibit.
i'll be headed to marfa in winter, and will send update and fotos per request.
and if i recall correctly, you attended the venice biennale and documenta last year... so we're even.
Mike: Fair enough. Have a great trip!
