Well, he almost scored half of the Dem vote in 2004, so I guess it's a matter of perspective.

Goddammit, this really makes me mad. For the last time: It's NOT a preference!!!

Do you think Republicans actually WANT to be that way??? Always regressive, anti-anything not white, and all diabolical and shit??? Do you think Democrats just woke up one day and CHOSE to be smart (and correct)???

This is the last time I'll say this: people are BORN into their party, they do not PREFER or CHOOSE it.

Jeez...

For that to happen the voter would have to both be ignorant of what GOP means and not know which candidate is a democrat and which is republican before they see the ballot. In which case, I find it unlikely that they would be able to find a polling place.

Or when people say "PIN number." Don't forget "PIN number!" Fucking fuckers.

Why don't you bastards go use quotes or parentheses instead of bold or italic for emphasis? Huh? While you're at it. Why don't you stick an apostrophe in front of a plural S? Because that's how they do. Yeah, you know what you're doing and I know it and you know I know. I'll get even. Some day.

Stranger bloggers just shouldn't quote statistics. It just leads to laughable assertions that "25% of registered voters" will do something, based solely on 25% of respondents to a poll of which the methodology, population, and margin of error seem nowhere to be found - can anyone provide links to this?

Bad. But considering that only around 50% of adult Americans know how long it takes for the Earth to go around the Sun (if indeed it does go around the sun), not all that bad.

You'd think an acronym-text-obsessed cyber society would know from GOP. U wld B rong. Traveling up and down Cape Cod what about GAR? Any ideas? How about the WACS? And V-E or V-J Day? Or even IBM or NCR for the sake of JMJ? O it's OK 2B ignorant. Was actually surprised to never once during the daily black-washing of Hillary that she was never referred to as SNAWW. Explications upon request.

I don't understand why Republicans get away with using deceptive language on every ballot, every year. I can't count the number of times I've cast a vote for a measure that I wasn't completely sure I understood, and then found out when it was explained to me in plain english that it meant the opposite of what I thought.

The newest thing is labeling themselves GOP instead of Republican. And, of course, the Democrats let them get away with it - as they do with everything else. I expect their next move to be calling themselves the party that loves their mothers.

I'll never vote for a member of the Republican party for as long as I live - and if I meet one of those ignorant bitches who thinks GOP means Democrat, I'm going to slap their stupid ass faces.

You know, I'm Canadian and the first time I saw GOP I understood that it referred to the Republican party. I mean, your country only has two parties. Is it really that hard to keep them straight?

This poll is misleading. Way more than 25% of registered voters are fucking morons.
