My grandma's canned peaches always won blue ribbon at the county fair, until that year she mistakenly left a stinger in the jar. She never was able to live that down.

Okay, as the person who wrote that headline, I'd like to point out that there might be more connection between scorpions and canning and candy than first meets the eye!
