There's also quite a bit here that looks suspicious, like the inner curve of her right breast (fuzzy), the edge of her right waist/hip (bathing suits never sit that smoothly), and the edge of her left abs (why so lumpy?).

On the other hand, the center of her body hasn't been faked. Those abs look real.

Whether it has been retouched or not, I'd like to point out that someone posted a picture intended to make a 63-year-old look amazing. That, in itself, is awesome. (And I went "daaaayum" in the first second I saw it, too.)
