I'm looking out of the SW corner of 3rd & Spring and have a view down Spring between 1st & 2nd.

The bad guy was driving a cherokee and was warned to get out. He was shot through the driver's side window.

When they pulled him out, they did not put him in a body bag, but in a neck brace. The ambulance hasn't left 2nd & Spring yet though.

@12 -- Weekend at Bernies-style neck braces imply that the dead-but-hilariously-passed-off-as-alive robber may have been near the waterfront attempting a getaway via a highly-choreographed water skiing sequence.
