Maybe they'll think of a camera that can be focused?

The hard-boiled egg packaging problem was solved long ago: a big jar on the bar.

That will save me 25 minutes of boiling and cooling my eggs when making egg salad. I might actually buy this.

Hard-boiled eggs have a packaging problem? Isn't that what the shell is for?

Dehydrated water! Just add water!

I feel safer now. I wouldn't want to eat anything that didn't come shrink-wrapped.

AWWWwwww! I gotta tear open a box and peel a wrapper? And then fiddle with an eggshell?

Why can't they sell them in something like a ping pong ball gun, so I can shoot them down my gullet while making pancakes from a spray can?

Actually, looking a that pic, not sure it hasn't been de-shelled. If so, wonder how much cheap migant labor goes into removing eggshells all day?

You really don't have time to boil your own eggs?

No eggs for you, then !

I'm confused, this isn't new, the delis of most grocery stores have had hard boiled eggs in little plastic egg containers for a long time. Perhaps what is new is the lovely blue package and the word "eggology" I like my food with ology added.

I just know there are stupid fucks out there who will buy this shit. How fucking environmentally incorrect can you get.

Hi!

Too stupid?

Why not pay $5 for a 10 cent hard boiled egg?

What store did you see this in?

Prepackaged hard-boiled eggs are a bit silly, but Eggology also sells a pasteurized egg whites product that is pretty convenient if you are on a high-protein diet...you can drink it raw without worrying about salmonella, for instance.

I saw some hard-boiled eggs at the dorms in UW a couple years ago. They sucked in every way, then I googled how to boil water and my life changed FOREVER.

@16 Wanna hook up? If you like drinking raw egg whites, you're just the kind of guy(?) I'm looking for...

Wow, my own STUPIDITY hit me hard on that typing job. It's so bad it sould be illegal. In my defence, I had a dancing white cat near the keyboard at the time. Her name is Whitey, and she likes pot.

@3, why 25 minutes? Boil (low boil, not rapid) 10-12 minutes depending on how you like your eggs, then plunge into ice water. Voila! Perfect eggs every time.

This is a half-assed bit of reporting Dan. You need to open the box. Do the eggs come pre-shelled? How much packing material is in the box? How many eggs are packed in there and in what arrangement? Can an impartial test subject tell the difference between a freshly-boiled egg and a packaged one?

Now Terry has something to eat out of your ass, Dan.

Just don't serve the turdy egg to your boy to serve as a focus of some retarded essay for TAL, please.

#21 25 Minutes was an estimate (12 minutes to boil, 13 minutes to cool).

Fuck, you mean I have to peel them! There goes another 5 minutes!

Crack and peel, with rolling action...less than 4 seconds, hard boiled.
