GIF SUCKS ASS for those. GIF is good for images with large blocks of solid color pixels, like logos and so forth. If the background of this was solid white, instead of antique-y, GIF might come out ahead, but as is, no.

Also, for the web, at this size, there's no reason to go above 30% quality.
