The vehicle was on a layover Monday night in southeast Portland when the pygmy goat wandered aboard. The operator was outside the bus, and the doors were open. The operator shut the doors, penning the animal, and called for help. The 35-pound goat, which was wearing a nylon collar, was sent to an animal shelter, and workers there say they couldn't find information about the goat's owner....
