I never finished the book, either. I stopped at, I believe it was chapter sixteen, but it was when the nurse took him in the church and if I recall they started going at it. Informative, but not informative enough. The filmmakers had whole sections of the film taken out for fear of being too about the MCC (and, thus, not getting into schools or universities) yet had a lot of repetitive sound bites.

Still, the information in it almost trumps the lack of style/quality editing.
