The music was a little to Old Farty, and they ran out of cheese for the nachos at some point, and their scotch selection was weak, and of course Poe wasn't there, but other than that I was very happy at Shorty's.

Parking was super easy if you rode a motorcycle.

It was great getting to meet some new folks, too- Scary and PopTart and Hernandez and leek and... the guy who told me about the midwestern writer. Both of whose names escape me.

Also, there was a girl there named Beth, who I didn't get to talk to, but was smokin' hot. Is it wrong to be happily married but find other people smokin' hot? Hope not.
