Remember how Leaves was moving the Globe to Bellingham? Leaving because "People are just bitches"? What happened to his move? It's been six months and he's nowhere to be found. Nowhere succeeding, that is.
What a fucking loser.
When will the first "The globe was awesome" comment appear?
I think the name I saw on the liquor license was "Pancia Piena", that is "Full Belly".
But will it be vegan?
The Globe was just OK the six weeks I was a vegetarian back in 1995.
More to the point: Will they serve vegan haggis?
All Haggis is vegan.
I am Haggis as you are vegan and we are SLOG and we are all together.
You know what a dyslexic sees when he's scanning down a page and comes across the phrase "pasta genius"?
whoa...are we moving on already? we've only had three mentions of Joule's urban bbq via slog, columns and reviews. surely, you haven't squeezed every iota of information out of that press release.
Can I picture someone else instead of God...? How about oh, I don't know, Gael Garcia Bernal?
Cooh cooh cachoo.
You are the Walrus.
...pretty little pastas in a row
okay, sorry
oh thank god! i'm wearing my pig costume opening day! who's with me??
word has it that they will be open around the 7th of July. apparently the name is not 'Pancia Piena' but 'Spinasse' according to this recent food & wine piece: http://www.foodandwine.com/blogs/mouthing-off/2008/06/17/Justin-Neidermeyers-New-Restaurant-in-Seattle
30 seats dining and 10 seats at a old european bar rumor has it...

30 seats dining and 10 seats at a old european bar rumor has it...thank god for an improvement on the globe space, which at one point was a favorite in the neighborhood!
