By the way, I read a great anecdote about President Johnson's reaction to see the ad during its only broadcast. He called his media team and told them to take it off immediately, that he couldn't believe they produced something so terrifying, etc. As Johnson hung up, he was laughing his ass off because he knew that the ad did its job in one shot.
