It amazes me that there is still enough tissue to bind his frail skeleton together and I suspect that is only a matter of time before his little pigeon head falls off onto a waiting Metro commuter below.”

Gruesome. I've had pidgeons for pets and they are very sweet birds. If this was a dog, people would bitch slap you.

Gruesome? Yes. Sad? A little. Hilarious? Absolutely! Ridiculous not in that inevitable death occured, but that this fowl martyr was left there to rot as an example to the other outcast birds! And by whom?
