Good things I'm carrying. And selling.

True. And of course this bust has forever broken the back of the notorious Hell's Angels drug cartel, which henceforth will be merely a semi-forgotten footnote in the annals of U.S. Law Enforcement history.

Man, you sound like you're in eighth grade or something. Seriously.

Now, if only they could save us from strip clubs. More prisons!!!

@2 - apparently the official name is the nonsensical "Hells Angels" (rather than "Hell's Angels"), as printed in the news story. I have only just now discovered this, and I'm taken somewhat aback.

Tiny little drop in a giant bucket. *yawn*

Man it's good to know that the Canadians are on top of their game and protecting us all from the evils of MARAJUANA.

Meanwhile, Prohibition is just about to topple the entire country of Mexico into a narco-terrorist failed state. In many places, the cartels ARE the government. Not even the Mexican army seem able to dislodge them.

People will do drugs. It's just a damn shame we can't have a rational approach to this reality. Instead, we help fine upstanding citizens like the Hell's Angels with a price support program--all paid for by your tax dollars! Yay!

@5,

I'm not. You expect those guys to be grammarians?

No, but I can't help it; I continue to expect more of people/organizations than is remotely rational.

Another one that bugs the crap out of me: Veterans Affairs

More money sucked out of the Seattle and King County budgets ...

Oh well.

Back to the continual failure that is the Drug War.

Boy, that sure is a relief. I was beginning to think I was a burden on society, a threat to children, and a terrorist with all that pot I've been smoking.

That WAS a long battle. So glad we can put this in the victory column. Just like Nam.

@9: Nothing wrong with Veterans Affairs. They're affairs pertaining to veterans. No need for any apostrophes.

War on drugs: bad.

War on apostrophes (@13 & 9): all will be made clear here.

And, once again, grammar and sex advice collide.

@14 I am a white person, and I tend generally to value grammatical correctness, but this blog cracked me up and helped me laugh at myself - hope it does u2 http://stuffwhitepeoplelike.com/2008/05/12/99-grammar/
