soon as we saw OHB and wife fist bump, me and the hubby switched from high 5in'.
we said watch this catch on everywhere.

we were watching the interview with Wolf when he asked and DF and KBH did it. We said to each other "see - it is going to be all over" and laughed and laughed

Word on the net is that ED Hill has suddenly lost her show.

And, if everyone starts doing it? As an O supporter, good. If I were in O's campaign staff, I'd be encouraging "daps" or "respek knucks" or whathaveyou all over the place, on TV, in public, everywhere.

Won't be surprised if I see an email from David Plouffe to that effect within the next 48 hours.

Oh my GOD. I work in the media and I still don't understand the stupidity involved in making this into any kind of a story. WHY would anyone even remember this having happened? Is there anyone alive who has truly never seen anyone bump fists, or whatever "hip" term we're using for the gesture? Seriously, any of the news producers who thought this was worth reporting on need to shut the fuck up and find real news to report on.

Well the media has got to come up with some way to prevent an actual discussion of the issues and crises facing the country, and they gave up trying to make sense years ago.

Wasn't there an apt Onion article titled something like "Bullshit Most Important Issue of Election '08."
