It would not surprise me in the least to learn that heaven looks exactly the same as standing in the Clore galleries, at Tate Britain, amongst the late-period Turners. One of the greatest artists ever to have lived.

Yay! An awesome exhibit was put together here a few years ago, focused on industrial-urban landscapes by Whistler, Turner, and Monet. Gorgeous.
I like the ones with train smoke in them better, but this is nice.
@Fnarf - I have a framed print of Rain, Steam and Speed on my wall that I bought at the National Gallery. So, yeah, agreed.
In the little-known Taft Museum in Cincinnati is a JMW Turner, Europa & the Bull, that consists of little but orange steam. It is what keeps me sane when I go back to visit my family.

I feel like it's MY Turner.
I saw the exhibit in Dallas in May. If you can get there it is well worth the trip. It is overwhelming.
