Comment by jacob kirker

As an older painter, it took me a little while to get adjusted to the entire atmosphere when I stopped by today, but I think it's probably the most interesting show I've seen so far this year. The piece above left me pretty speechless, and I spent more time with the piece with all the video screens and strange speakers than I think I have ever spent in front of a work before. I can't say that I know exactly what to make of most of it, but I know that it's impossible to deny that it's worth looking into.

This show was amazing and I plan to go back again when it is less crowded. The piece shown above was one of my favorites: Each time I walked past or into the room, there would be a different feel or meaning to it based on the other people interacting with its sound and space. Check out the films as well: At least two of them had me overwhelmed (in the best of ways) with the composition and content of their images. I also had never been to this art space before--110% worth checking out !!
