It would be silly for the military not to practice ahead of the convention because honestly who knows what kind of crazy shit might go down, after all the convention organizers are running way behind on the budget so there could be appetizer riots. Will, I think shining a laser pointer at a military helicopter on exercises is going to get you in a lot more trouble than a glow stick. I'm not sure how much more, but I would like you to try it so we can find out.
