The cast for the reality show Celebrity Rehab:

* Rodney King (Police brutality victim)
* Jeff Conoway (Apparently, season one didn’t work.)
* Sean Stewart (Rod Stewart’s son)
* Amber Smith (model/actress)
* Nikki McKibbon (American Idol)
* Steven Adler (Guns n Roses)
* Tawny Kitaen (Actress)

This has to be one of the few times that the words “police brutality victim” cause genuine laughter.

Does it?

Yes, I'm afraid it does.

No, it does not.

Reading the word "actress" after Tawny Kitaen's name does, however.

For some reason I thought this season was going to have an actual celebrity.

I don't know if I can stomach another season of Jeff Conway the drama queen.

Steven Adler was kicked out of Guns'n'Roses for doing too many drugs. That is a spectacular feat in and of itself. It's like getting kicked out of Macy's for buying too many clothes.

Rodney King is at least as legitimate a celebrity as, say, Carrot Top.

Tawny Kitaen is still alive?

Who'd'a thunk.

Can we take bets on which episode Jeff Conaway dies?

@7 yeah, wasn't that Whitesnake video like 25 years ago?

I named a cat Tawny Kitten. But that was then. And this is now.

"But that was then. And this is now."

I wouldn't be so sure. With Tawny Kitaen on TV again, how can you really be certain that this isn't actually 1987?

I forget, was it 1977 or 1987 when we had a lying President, a foreign war started for lies, and a lousy economy and were switching to smaller fuel efficient cars?

Hmmm... 1977, we switched to smaller cars... 1987, we started ignoring them...

1987, we found out that the previous 6 years of manly chest thumping about "not negotiating with terrarists!" was, uh,not quite what had been going on behind the scenes.

Oh, and which war? You really have to be specific... we've had so many. ; )
