Comments on Arabs, Blacks, and Whites

I'm never sure what it means to "act white" or "act black" or "act str8" or "act gay". Can anyone explain this to me? Maybe then I will be better able to understand what Gaddafi means when he says Sntr. Obama will be acting white.
