That Dusty Springfield bio is destined to be a nightmare. I can just sense the doom from here.

But Kidman will look great in all the drag.

I fucking love The Hours, both the film and the book. Evening? No. That movie was total shit. Everything about that movie sucked. From the past to the present, from Toni constantly crying, "mom, mom, MOM, mom, are you awake? Can you hear me? Are you there? Killed who? What? Cry. Cry. Cry. I'm pregnant. Cry. Mom? Mom? MOM?" Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

*-to the stupid "homo" who kept the letter in his pocket, which is probably what the entire story revolved around. Who knows? Who cares? You can't relate to any character, and when you can, you don't want to.

The whole 'Jesus-was-the-product-of-incestuous-rape' theory is nothing new. My mother/aunts learned about volunteering at the local hospital. Back then they had a mental ward and young pregnant girls from religious families were brought in all the time claiming it was a virgin-miracle-birth and everyone knew they were the victims of rape by fathers/uncles/brothers or all three. The little miracle was put up for adoption and the girls got sent to the nut farm.
That was up until that movie 'Rosemary's Baby' came out in 1968. Then they started coming in and claiming the kid was Satan's.

The Holy Spirit got Mary pregnant? I heard it was a Roman* soldier.

*(roamin'. get it? rape's the oldest one in the book, just before mary magdalene the oldest profession in the book.)

The final line in Iron Man completes the film; "I am Iron Man." Shoving aside the superhero image and eating up the character of Tony Stark, Downey Jr. made the film about his alter ego NOT about his jet powered, adamantium endo-skeletoned, web-slinging hero. It's a secret identity piece and a fucking good one at that. I guess someone isn't looking forward to "The Dark Knight", and no, I don't care to read your review of "Batman Begins." Why? I'm starting to appreciate Mr. Scott. WTF was really wrong with "Zombie Strippers"? I got Iron Man, didn't you?

That's a BEAUTIFUL shot of Paris. I'd buy a print of it if it weren't for that damn hot water bottle floating by.

My post seems to have disappeared. I said, simply, that this was a beautiful Paris photo, and I'd buy a print were in not for the hot water bottle floating above the city.

I'd suspect a glitch, except my post showed up earlier, and now none of mine are.

Eeeeevilllllll, or error?

Andrew is full of shite. IM is probably the best comic book adaptation since the first Spiderman movie.

And I beg to differ @6: Downey DOESN'T have the last line in the movie - they gave that to muthafuckin' Samual Jackson!
